Who can use Reputation OS

Reputation OS is a tool for business owners and their authorized staff. You must be at least 18 years old and operate a real business with authority to bind it to these terms.

What you agree to

You agree to use the product honestly. You will not bribe customers for positive reviews, condition rewards on rating, hide the private feedback option, or attempt to bypass the dual-path flow. Doing any of these violates Google's terms and ours.

Private feedback and customer data

Private feedback belongs to your business, and you are the data controller for any personal details a customer enters (such as a name or phone number). You must not publish, display, or repurpose private feedback as a public testimonial, review, or marketing material without the customer's explicit, informed consent — doing so may breach consumer-protection and endorsement rules (for example, FTC guidelines). You are also responsible for honoring a customer's request to access or erase their data; we provide a delete tool in your dashboard so you can remove an individual submission permanently.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that miss billing for more than 14 days, or that abuse the system in ways that put other customers at risk. You can cancel anytime from inside the dashboard.

No warranty

The product is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, specific review volumes, or that customers will respond. We do our best to keep things working and to fix bugs quickly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Reputation OS is incorporated. Disputes will be handled there. A finalized legal version of this page will replace this draft before broader rollout.
