Cancellation & refunds.

The plan

Reputation OS is billed as a monthly subscription per business. New accounts start with a free trial — you are not charged during the trial, and the first payment is taken only when the trial ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancel before your trial ends and you will never be charged. After that, cancelling stops all future renewals; your dashboard stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel, email support@reputationos.dev from your account email and we will action it promptly.

Refunds

Because each billing cycle is a low-cost monthly fee preceded by a free trial, we generally do not refund partial or unused periods once a cycle has started — you keep full access until that period ends. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or hit a genuine billing problem, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it and issue a refund where warranted.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically settle within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
