Privacy notice.

What we collect
From owners: the email you sign up with, business details you enter, and account activity in the dashboard. From customers using the funnel: a star rating, optional review text or chips, an optional name and phone number if they chose to leave one, plus minimal technical data (anonymized IP for rate limiting, scan attribution).
Where the data lives
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) in the US region. Each business's data is isolated by Row Level Security so other businesses on the platform cannot read it. Private feedback belongs to the business that received it.
What we don't do
We do not sell customer data to third parties. We do not run ads against your private feedback inbox. We do not share customer contact details across businesses. We do not index private feedback so it can be found by search engines.
Data retention
If you cancel, your data is retained for 60 days in case you decide to come back, then deleted. You can also request earlier deletion by emailing support.
