Compliance & trust

Does this auto-post reviews to Google?

No. Every review the customer posts is one they typed (or edited from a suggestion) and submitted on Google's own page. We do not have an API integration that posts on a customer's behalf, and the product is designed so that we never could.

Isn't this just review gating in disguise?

No. Both paths, Google and private feedback, are visible at every rating from one to five. We never hide the Google path. We never hide the private feedback path. Some lower-rating screens emphasize the private option, but both cards are always there. The HTML is rendered server-side and identical at every rating.

What about Google's terms of service?

This flow is compliant. Google forbids review gating (hiding the public path from unhappy customers) and bulk auto-posting. We do neither. We also never condition rewards on rating, which Google also forbids.

Will customers find this annoying?

Done right (a 5 by 5 cm QR on the table or counter, not crammed onto a receipt), the flow takes about twenty seconds. Most customers either want to be heard or want to help. Both are served. Customers who don't want to engage just don't scan.

Setup & usage

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

For the Google review path, yes. For the private feedback path alone, no. But you'd be using half the value. Setting up a Google Business Profile is free and takes about ten minutes.

What about negative private feedback? What do I do with it?

Read it, reply if you want (templates are in the dashboard), fix what's fixable. That's the point: catching issues before they become 1-star public reviews. Many private complaints are resolvable with a thoughtful reply.

Can I customize what customers see?

The chips, your business name, your logo, your Google link. The structure of the funnel (rate, then dual path) is fixed. That structure is what keeps the flow compliant.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes. One login, one billing relationship, per-location dashboards. Each location gets its own QR, campaigns, and private inbox.

Billing

What does it cost after the trial?

We show the price when you sign up. No surprise charges. You'll get an email receipt and a card-change link sent to the email you signed up with.

Yes. From inside the dashboard, one click. The cancel is instant.

What if I forget to cancel?

You'll get email reminders before charge. If you cancel later, your data stays for 60 days in case you want to come back.

Privacy & data

Where does the private feedback live?

In your dashboard, owned by your business. It is never shown to other customers, never indexed by search engines, and never resold.

Do you sell customer contact info?

No. If a customer leaves their name or phone with private feedback, it is there so you can follow up. Not for resale to a marketing list.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Analytics and feedback export from the dashboard as CSV.
